This evening I enjoyed a very short travelled veggie omelet from the garden.
Omelet with tops of Ostrich fern from the wild and some veggies from the 'temporary' garden, like Hablitzia shoots and garlic leaves.
Served with a cup of Dandelion tea. Delicious and very healthy.
A permaculture food forest 110 km southwest of Oslo. International climate zone 8.
